A cooperative Codenames adventure where one of you takes on the role of gamemaster and leads the rest through the world of Critical Role.

Codenames: Critical Role Adventures is a fully cooperative take on the classic game of Codenames, set in the world of Critical Role. One player becomes the gamemaster, giving clues to guide their party through perilous missions – each with its own goals and twists on the standard Codenames rules.

Assemble your party from seven iconic Critical Role characters – Vex and Trinket, Percy, Grog, Jester, Nott, Dorian, or Fresh Cut Grass – and journey across Exandria together. Each character has unique abilities unlocked by earning XP, and can be equipped with gear. Missions also include skill checks rolled on a D20.

The game features three separate campaigns made up of branching missions – different party combinations lead to noticeably different playstyles, so it's worth assembling your party again and again to try new approaches.
