Orders above 2000 CZK and to weight 5 Kg will be shipped for free (only CZ).
Payment methods
Payment in HRAS store – we accept cash (CZK, EUR), payment cards, and gift vouchers
Online payment on hras.cz – pay online (GoPay – VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mBank, Fio banka...), cash on delivery (Czech Republic only), or bank transfer in CZK or EUR. Bank transfers may extend the delivery timeframe.

Personal pickup at HRAS store – free
Items can be reserved at our HRAS store (Praha 1, Václavské nám. 38, Rokoko Passage, Můstek metro exit) and collected in person.
Items are reserved for 3 days – extensions available upon request.
Payment on-site by cash or card. Weekdays 10:00–18:00, weekends 12:00–17:00.
We'll send you an email when your order is ready. You can adjust or add to your order on the spot.
Items in stock on hras.cz are also available in-store and can typically be picked up immediately.
Zásilkovna – from 69 CZK / 3.5 EUR
Packages up to 5 kg. Up to 5 kg – 69 CZK, above 5 kg – 99 CZK.
Select your preferred Zásilkovna pick-up point in the cart under "Shipping & Payment".
Opening hours and card payment availability are shown in the cart.
Zásilkovna will notify you by SMS and email when your parcel is ready.
Parcels are held for 7 calendar days. If not collected, the order is cancelled and goods returned to stock. Extensions can be arranged with Zásilkovna.
DPD Pickup – from 59 CZK / 6 EUR
Select your DPD Pickup point in the cart. Up to 5 kg – 59 CZK, above 5 kg – 89 CZK.
Opening hours are shown in the cart. DPD will notify you by SMS and email when your parcel is ready.

Select your Balíkovna pick-up point in the cart. Up to 5 kg – 79 CZK, above 5 kg – 109 CZK.
Parcels are usually ready for next-day pickup. Cash-on-delivery can be paid online.
DPD delivery to address – from 69 CZK / 7 EUR
The leading private courier in the Czech Republic. Up to 5 kg – 69 CZK, 5–15 kg – 99 CZK, above 15 kg – 149 CZK.
Your order will be delivered to your address. Track your shipment at www.dpd.cz.
The driver will contact you before delivery.
PPL delivery to address – from 109 CZK
Express delivery within the Czech Republic. Up to 5 kg – 109 CZK, 5–10 kg – 119 CZK, above 10 kg – 149 CZK.
