Moonlight is a competitive area-control card game designed for two players. Step into the role of a pack leader and fight for dominance over the Sacred Mountain.

The Story

The ancient guardian of the Sacred Mountain has vanished, leaving the Promised Land in chaos. As the leader of your pack, you must deploy your wolves strategically to outmaneuver your rival and claim the land for your kin.

Gameplay Mechanics

The game is played over rounds until one player achieves two victories. Players take turns placing cards into a shared grid (max $4\times 3$ or $3\times 4$):

• Placement: Place a wolf in an empty space adjacent to an existing card.

• Overpowering: You can cover an opponent's card if your wolf's value is exactly 1 higher than the one underneath.

Scoring occurs at the end of each round based on visible wolves in rows and moon symbol bonuses. To balance the game, the winner of a round gets a "Lone Wolf" card, while the loser receives a powerful "Leader Ability" to help them strike back.
