Unlike most book nooks, where the scene is static, this one's actually playable once built – the locomotive and carriage run back and forth on a short section of track. The build combines density-board parts with cardboard elements (wheel housings, tunnel details) and is a bit fussier than a simple book nook, since the wheel mechanism has to line up properly.
The book shown in the product photos isn't included – it's there purely to show how the piece sits on a shelf.
