In Středověk (Middle Ages), players become nobles developing their own domains. Each round, you add a new building tile to your estate – mills, palaces, barracks, temples – generating income and triggering unique effects.
The game uses a tile placement mechanic and lasts for 16 rounds, with one building placed each turn. At the end, the richest noble wins the game.
Some of the gameplay elements are inspired by the designer’s earlier title Majesty: For the Realm, but Middle Ages introduces new twists and possibilities.
