You will discover three new factions – the Cloud Nebulans, the Acolytes of the Black Star, and the insectoid Larvites – each offering unique abilities and playstyles. Invite a fifth player with new ships, or test your skills in a solo mode against the powerful AI opponent, the Hegemon.

A brand-new deck of Shadows of the Underdark event cards creates dramatic twists linked to the mysterious Dark Gate and the terrifying Dark Serpent raider. Ancient relics also appear, offering victory points that multiply based on how many you manage to collect by the end of the game.

The expansion further enriches the game with new station modules, ship upgrades, and tactical cards, providing players with expanded strategic depth and replayability.
