Smečka is a fast-paced and tense card game by designers Charlène Chaps and Baptiste Perez, published by Mindok and Subverti. Designed for 3 to 6 players aged 8 and up, a single game takes around 20 minutes. Players step into the paws of wolves fighting for survival in a harsh winter wilderness, where smart card play, animal instincts, and snatching cards right out of your opponents' hands are the keys to victory.

As winter falls over the frozen forest, wolf packs engage in a relentless struggle to survive and raise the next generation. The game features an innovative dynamic handicap mechanic where your success works against you. With zero wins, you can see both of your cards; after one win, you see only one card; and after two wins, you see none of your own cards while your opponents see them all. With the ability to draft cards from your own hand, the central river market, the draw deck, or directly from an opponent's hand, table tension remains at an all-time high.

In addition to the free-for-all mode, the game includes a partnership team mode for 4 or 6 players where no table talk is allowed.
