In the year 1804, President Jefferson summons soldiers and explorers Lewis and Clark. Their mission is not only to chart the newly acquired western territories of the United States — but also to rid the land of the terrifying, invasive creatures that have begun to threaten its future.

Stíny Západu is a cooperative deduction board game set in the world of the Manifest Destiny comic series, exploring an alternate history of America’s colonization. Each player takes on the role of one member of the expedition, joining forces to explore the mysterious frontier. The perforated map board hides several interchangeable maps beneath the surface — and only careful discovery will reveal the resources you need and the monsters lurking in the wild.

Your objective is twofold: hunt down and defeat dangerous beasts while also completing daily challenges that require various resources found across the land. You’ll need logic, teamwork, and deduction — and the support of Sacajawea and the Native peoples who can guide you through this hostile territory.

The Czech edition of the game includes two distinct chapters — Fauna and Flora — each introducing new mechanisms, goals, and components that give every campaign a fresh and unique feel.
