Welcome to the clouds, where you will build your very own floating paradise! Podivné kraje (originally released as Confusing Lands) is a lightning-fast, pocket-sized card game for 1 to 2 players designed by Zak Eidsvoog. Within a tight 10-minute timeframe, players take turns shaping a whimsical landscape filled with majestic mountains, winding rivers, and graceful deer.

The core mechanic is beautifully streamlined yet deeply tactical. Every card is multi-use: you can either place it as a piece of terrain to expand your grid with various landscape symbols, or play it for its unique scoring condition. Once both players have placed exactly 8 cards into their floating realm, the game ends. Players then score one shared public objective as well as any private scoring conditions they built into their landscape. However, there is a brilliant twist—every scoring condition you use acts as a "tax," subtracting points from your final score! Managing this delicate balance between point generation and point deduction is the key to victory.
