The caverns of Tacora, somewhere in Mesoamerica, are known for their wealth, for the jewels and artifacts buried there by some ancient pre-Columbian civilization, but also for the venomous animals and deadly traps guarding them. Your small team of adventurers has set camp near the entry of five hidden caves, and plans to explore them one after the other, taking back anything that shines in the light of the torches. Every round, players must chose whether to move forward, deeper into the cave, looking for more treasures at the risk of losing all they gathered so far, or to walk back prudently – some would say cowardly – to the safety of the camp in order to secure their rubies and diamonds.
