As the leader of a merchant guild, mine gems, hire artists, launch expeditions, and build your trading empire. Collect prestige, impress nobles, and rise to fame.
During the game, players collect gem and gold tokens to purchase development cards. These cards provide prestige points and permanent bonuses that make future purchases easier. Accumulate enough bonuses, and nobles will visit you, granting extra prestige. Once a player reaches 15 prestige points, the game ends after that round—and the most prestigious merchant wins!
Splendor is a modern classic with millions of copies sold, perfect for both families and more strategic players.
