Klubíčko is a delightful family knitting game that builds on the beloved system of Pelíšek. Players become skilled knitters trying to create the most valuable collection of clothing – hats, scarves, gloves and other pieces decorated according to precise patterns and color combinations.

Each round consists of two phases. First, in the yarn selection phase, you move your cat figure around the shared game board and pick the yarn from the basket that best fits your plans. In the second, knitting phase, all players simultaneously place the yarn pieces they've gathered onto their unfinished clothing pieces, trying to complete them as quickly and accurately as possible.

You score points for finished clothing, for buttons sewn on that meet certain criteria, and for bonus objectives. Watch out, though – if you fail to complete a pattern correctly, you'll get an ugly button and lose points.

Thanks to its simple rules, Klubíčko is a great choice for family play and complete beginners, while experienced players will enjoy the thoughtful tactics behind choosing yarn. The game also includes a fully developed solo mode with progressively harder challenges. The gorgeous illustrations are by artist Beth Sobel, and the game was designed by Emily Vincent. Klubíčko can be played on its own, but also works as an expansion to Pelíšek.
