Congratulations! Your architectural firm has been awarded the downtown redevelopment contract! That means new buildings, tempting bonuses, and if everything goes well — a fortune to be made.

But the city planning board isn’t making things easy: every time you start a new building, you must also contribute to the construction of any adjacent buildings. Plus, no two neighboring buildings can be the same!

And you're not the only contractor in town — competition is fierce. To outbuild your rivals, you’ll need to plan carefully, seize the best opportunities, and block your opponents whenever possible.

Each turn, you either:

• Take a material card from the offer, or

• Use your resources to start a new building. That means constructing floors on all adjacent towers, and then placing your roof on one of them.

The goal? Become the wealthiest player by the end of the game by using your 10 roofs as effectively as possible.

• For 2–4 players, ages 8+

• Play time: ~30 minutes

• Czech rules included, game components are language-independent
