    Tento princip hry je dobře známý, ale hra Ringo přináší nový koncept. Hrací pole se skládá z osmi prstenců: čtyři červené a čtyři modré. Aktivní hráč umístí disk své barvy do libovolného prstence a poté ho přesune  na pozici přiléhající k jinému prstenci.

    Kdo první vytvoří řadu čtyř disků nebo čtyři kruhů ve své barvě vyhraje hru!
