How it works and why it’s fun

• Players draw and play material and house cards, plan their constructions and compete to use the available resources most efficiently.

• The market is shared and dynamic – everyone contributes to it and everyone takes from it.

• You score points for connected neighbourhoods, and clever placements can create powerful bonus combinations.
