You are the monarch of a small realm – but your ambitions stretch far beyond. You dream of uniting neighboring lands, expanding your wealth, and creating a thriving Dominion. Yet rival rulers have the same idea, and only the most efficient strategist will prevail.

Each player starts with a small, identical deck of cards. Over the course of the game, you acquire new cards – actions, treasures, buildings, and more – constructing your deck as you play. The goal: create the most effective engine to generate victory points before the game ends.

Dominion is not a collectible card game, but its gameplay captures the fun of building and playing a customized deck. With 500 cards included and 10 of 26 Kingdom card types used in each game, the variety is immense.

The Second Edition introduces 7 new Kingdom card types, a rewritten rulebook, and small functional improvements to a few existing cards. For owners of the first edition, the new cards are also available separately in the Dominion: Update Pack.
