Product detailed description

Viva Catrina takes you into the colorful festive atmosphere of the Mexican Día de los Muertos, where under the watchful eye of La Catrina you bring your own Mexican village to life.

It's a beautiful family tile-laying game – on each turn you carefully choose from the available tiles, build paths connecting butterflies and visitors, construct platforms to attract mysterious alebrijes, and release balloons to maximize your points. The key to success lies in building an efficient connected network – a poorly placed tile can block your paths or make your goals unreachable.

The competition for alebrijes and balloon tiles adds light but constant tension, and the real joy comes from watching your village gradually come alive and grow. Recommended age: 8+. Playing time: approx. 30 minutes.
