Collector's edition

The L E D collector's edition additionally includes two expansions - Monuments and Guilds and Relics. The edition also comes with metal coins and other deluxe components, such as a magnetic game board and high-quality tokens and figures that enhance the gameplay experience and visual impression. The game mechanics remain the same as in the standard edition.

Beneath the surface of the ice

L E D is a strategy game about exploring a frozen valley, where as members of archaeological guilds you uncover layers of ice and search for ancient artifacts. You gradually descend deeper into the glacier, fulfil city contracts, and try to earn the greatest recognition for your discoveries.

Traces of an ancient civilisation

The game revolves around movement across a modular board made of ice layers, which players gradually "mine" and physically remove, revealing deeper levels with more valuable finds, special locations and new options.

A journey into the depths

A game is divided into several game days, alternating between planning actions and actual exploration. You must balance quickly grabbing available finds against the risk of going deeper for more valuable discoveries before the expedition closes.
